At Redbeak, we are committed to offering only genuine and authentic products.

All Redbeak products sold through our official website are genuine and are supplied directly by Redbeak Lifestyles or through our authorised supply channels.

Products undergo appropriate quality checks before dispatch to help ensure that they reach you in proper condition.

Returns Policy for Full-Size Products

Redbeak offers returns for eligible full-size products purchased through our official online store.

You may request a return of an unused and eligible product within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and untested;
• Be in its original condition;
• Have its original packaging intact;
• Have all seals, labels and tags intact, wherever applicable; and
• Be accompanied by the original invoice/order details.

Used products cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.

All return requests are subject to verification by Redbeak.

Special Instructions for Cosmetics

For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products must not have been opened, tried, tested, swatched, used or tampered with in order to qualify for a return.

The original packaging, seals and labels must remain intact.

Once a cosmetic product has been opened, used, tested or swatched, it will ordinarily not be eligible for return or exchange, except where the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise required to be accepted under applicable law.

Please note that minor differences in product colour or shade caused by screen settings, photography, lighting, device displays or individual skin tone will not ordinarily be considered a product defect.

Damaged, Defective, Wrong or Missing Products

If you receive:

• A damaged product;
• A defective product;
• A product different from what you ordered; or
• An order with a product missing,

Please contact Redbeak Customer Support at [email protected] as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Please provide your order number along with clear photographs of the product, outer packaging, shipping label and the issue identified.

Where reasonably required to verify a claim involving damaged packaging, missing items or an incorrect shipment, Redbeak may also request an unboxing video.

Once the request has been verified and approved, Redbeak may offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Special Instructions for Reverse Pickup

Where reverse pickup service is available for your location, Redbeak will arrange collection of the approved return through its logistics partner.

The customer must ensure that the product is securely packed in its original packaging, together with all accessories, complimentary items and other materials originally supplied with the order, where applicable.

Reverse pickup timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location and courier availability.

If reverse pickup is not available at your location, our Customer Support team will provide instructions regarding the available return method.

Please retain any pickup receipt, acknowledgement or proof of handover provided by the courier partner until your return and refund have been completed.

Refunds Policy

Once the returned product is received by Redbeak, it will undergo a quality check.

After the return has been inspected and approved, the refund will be initiated.

For prepaid orders made through Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallet or other supported online payment methods, the refund will ordinarily be credited to the original payment method.

After Redbeak initiates the refund, the amount may take approximately 3–7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank, card issuer or payment service provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, where a refund is approved, the customer may be requested to provide bank account or other appropriate payment details so that the refund can be processed electronically.

Please ensure that the details submitted for a COD refund are accurate.

Cash on Delivery charges and shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or where Redbeak determines that the refund is due to an error attributable to Redbeak.

Kits, Sets & Combos

Products purchased as part of a Kit, Set or Combo are not eligible for partial returns.

A single product forming part of a Kit, Set or Combo cannot ordinarily be returned or replaced individually.

If an eligible issue affects a Kit, Set or Combo, please contact Redbeak Customer Support and our team will advise you regarding the applicable resolution.

Where the complete Kit, Set or Combo qualifies for a return, all products forming part of that Kit, Set or Combo must be returned together in accordance with the applicable return conditions.

Free Gifts & Promotional Products

Complimentary products, promotional samples and free gifts are not eligible for return, exchange or cash refund.

Where a free gift was provided because an order met a particular promotional condition and the qualifying order is subsequently returned, Redbeak may require the complimentary product to be returned along with the qualifying products, where applicable.

The complimentary product must be unused and in its original condition if its return is required.

Clearance / Final Sale Products

Products specifically identified on the Website as “Clearance”, “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are ordinarily not eligible for return or replacement.

However, if such a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, or if Redbeak has supplied an incorrect product, please contact Customer Support so that the issue can be reviewed.

Your statutory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Cancellation Policy

An order may be cancelled only before it has entered processing or dispatch.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and cancellation request.

Once an order has been processed, packed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If an eligible prepaid order is successfully cancelled, the applicable refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

Redbeak also reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances including product unavailability, payment failure, incorrect pricing, suspected fraudulent activity, misuse of promotional offers or technical/system errors.

Where Redbeak cancels a prepaid order, the applicable amount paid will be refunded.

Important Note

All returns, replacements and refunds are subject to verification and approval by Redbeak.

Redbeak reserves the right to decline a return where the returned product does not meet the conditions specified in this policy, including where:

• The product has been used, tried or swatched;
• The product has been damaged after delivery due to customer handling;
• Original packaging or seals have been removed or tampered with;
• The product returned is different from the product originally supplied;
• Required order information or proof of purchase cannot be verified; or
• The applicable return period has expired.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.
