RETURN POLICY
Redbeak Lifestyles Pvt. Ltd. is committed to providing high-quality products and services to its distributors and customers. We understand that from time to time, issues may arise with the products delivered. This Product Return Policy outlines the conditions under which products can be returned, the process to follow, and the rights and responsibilities of both the Distributor and the Company.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Products may be returned under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products – If the product is received in a damaged condition or is found to be defective upon delivery, it is eligible for return.
- Incorrect Products – If the product delivered is not what was ordered (wrong SKU, quantity, or type of product), it is eligible for return.
- Expired Products – If products are delivered past their expiration date, they are eligible for return.
- Shortage in Quantity – If the quantity of products received is less than what was ordered or invoiced, the missing items are eligible for return.
- Quality Issues – If the product has quality issues that render it unfit for sale, it is eligible for return.
Note: Products that have been used or altered (e.g., repacked, tampered with) are not eligible for return.
2. RETURN PROCEDURE
To return products, the following steps must be followed:
- Submit a Return Claim – The distributor must complete and submit the Claim Form (as per the Claim Form guidelines) within 5 days of receiving the goods. The claim form should be sent to support@redbeak.in or as otherwise directed by the Company.
- Provide Supporting Documents – Ensure that the following documents are included with the return claim:
- A copy of the invoice.
- A photograph of the damaged or defective goods (if applicable).
- Any other relevant evidence (e.g., batch numbers, expiry dates, packaging condition, etc.).
- Return Authorization (RA) Number – Once the return claim is received, the Company will evaluate the issue and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number. The product cannot be returned without an RA number.
- Return of Goods – After receiving the RA number, the distributor must return the product in its original, unopened packaging (if applicable) to the address provided by the Company.
- Shipping Costs – The return shipping cost will be borne by Redbeak Lifestyles Pvt. Ltd. in case of defective or damaged products. For other returns, the Distributor may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Inspection and Approval – Once the returned products are received, they will be inspected by the Company to verify the issue. If the return is accepted, the Distributor will be notified of the next steps (e.g., replacement, credit note, or refund).
3. RETURN TIMEFRAME
- Damaged/Defective Products – Claims must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the goods.
- Incorrect Products – Claims must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the goods.
- Expired Products – Claims for expired products must be made within 5 days of receipt.
- Shortage in Quantity – Claims must be submitted within 5 days of receipt of the goods.
Products not returned within the prescribed time period will not be eligible for return, and the Company will not process any claims after the specified period.
4. REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS, AND CREDIT NOTES
- Replacement – If the claim is approved, the defective, damaged, or incorrect product will be replaced with a new one. Replacement products will be shipped within 3 working days after the return is processed.
- Credit Note – If a product cannot be replaced, or if the Distributor opts for a credit, a credit note will be issued to the Distributor for the value of the returned product. The credit note can be used for future purchases.
- Refund – In certain cases (e.g., defective goods that cannot be replaced), the Company may issue a refund to the Distributor. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 30 days of return approval.
5. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
For a product to be eligible for return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original, unused condition (i.e., no tampering, repacking, or damage).
- The product must be in its original packaging, including labels, tags, and seals.
- The product must not be expired and should have a reasonable shelf life remaining at the time of return.
- Claims must be supported by proper documentation (invoice, photographs, batch number, etc.).
- The Return Authorization (RA) number must accompany the returned product.
6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way.
- Products that have exceeded their expiration date upon delivery, unless they are defective or damaged.
- Products sold at a discount (unless there is a clear issue with the quality or defect).
- Promotional products, free samples, or items marked as non-returnable.
- Products that have been customized or personalized.
7. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If products are damaged in transit, the Distributor must notify the Company immediately (within 24 hours of receipt). The Company will arrange for return and replacement of the damaged goods.
- Packaging – The Distributor should retain the original packaging and provide photographs of both the product and packaging to facilitate the claims process.
- Carrier – Any claims related to shipping damage will be assessed by the carrier service, and the Company will follow up with them directly.
8. CLAIM REJECTION
A claim for return may be rejected in the following cases:
- If the return is not reported within the specified time frame.
- If the product shows signs of misuse, alteration, or improper handling by the distributor or any third party.
- If the product has been opened, used, or damaged by the distributor.
- If the product is returned without a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- If the product is outside the scope of the returnable products as per this policy.
